Having previously owned her own food service business in New Zealand, Shivani has the ideal skill set when it comes to managing the books at Visco. An accountant with 17 years experience, Shivani’s role at Visco also involves liaising with clients. Outside of work, she is a keen cook who enjoys combining Indian flavours with Italian products from Visco to come up with her own “fusion” food. Shivani particularly enjoys Visco’s cheeses, cakes, pastas, relishes and sauces.
