African born Alun has always had a passion for food. Following in the hospitality footsteps of his late father, Alun successfully launched and owned a variety of boutique pubs, restaurants and cocktail bars overseas before moving to Australia in 2000 where he established himself as owner operator of a modern Italian restaurant. Joining the Visco team in 2005, Alun brought a wealth of experience to his role as general manager, and knows first hand the importance of the service and the attention to detail required by chefs and restaurateurs alike. Alun works closely with clients on menu development, food cost and market trends. His industry knowledge and management style ensures that his team delivers products and a level of service of a consistently high standard.
